376 Estates have secured a subject-to-planning contract on a parcel of land of approximately 3 acres. The site – formerly a tyre replacement workshop – is located 3 miles north of Oxford. 376 Estates are exploring the potential for a mixed-use scheme alongside a care home as the main value generator. Pre-application advice is being sought to establish the principle for development before progression to a detailed application.
