A new boarding house for D’Overbroecks school on Banbury Road, North Oxford. This high quality bespoke building provides 61 student bed-spaces, 2 assisted house parents rooms and 2 house parents flats along with associated communal space. The bedrooms are occupied by both domestic and international students and the building is conveniently located opposite the new D’Overbroecks sixth form centre.

The project was completed in September 2017 and has been sold to the Charities Property Fund.

376 Estates delivered a first class building and worked with us in a diligent and expert fashion throughout the transaction. We would welcome doing repeat business with them.
